He is survived by: his parents, Michael and Valerie; his girlfriend Brandy Maleski of Shoemakersville; his sister Amanda Hoffman (Dustin); his nephews, Alexander and Matthew Hoffman; his niece Charlotte Hoffman of Doylestown; his grandmother Patricia Chomicki of Palmer Twp; his uncle Henry T. Chomicki of Clinton, NJ; and his godparents, George Vollmann (Donna) of Bethlehem and Linda White of Woodbridge, NJ. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and dear friends.
