She was predeceased by: her parents, George Garis and Anna Garis (Evans); and her son David G. Transue. She is survived by: her husband Albert D. "Al" Transue; her children, Susan L. Hoge (Phillip) of Crofton, MD, Thomas B. Transue (Lori) of Jeannette, PA and Kevin J. Transue (Dawn) of Palmer Township; her sister Marilyn Kellow of West Bend, WI; her grandchildren, Brian, Gregory Hoge, Jessica and Michael Transue; and her great grandchildren, Brohm and Hale.

Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
