She was predeceased by: her father Jeffrey Luzi. She is survived by: her mother Mary Lou Luzi (Eisenhart) of Bethlehem; her nephews, Jordan Flores (Jamie) of Bethlehem and Jasen Flores of Palmerton; and her great-nephews, Jad, Jiovanni and Jax.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Mary Jane's memory to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, "JDRF" PO BOX 37920, Boone IA 50037.
