It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nicholas Balaskas of Palmer Township, Pennsylvania, born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Katina; his wife Fotini Balaskas (Doganis); and his sister Georgia Balaskas. He is survived by: his niece Kallirroi Parashos (Hariton); his great-nephews, Nicholas Parashos (Megan), Demetrios Parashos and Christos Parashos (Althea); and his siblings, Jean Karaliotis (Gus), John Balaskas and James Balaskas.
