She was predeceased by : her parents, Angelo Ghirlanda and Angela Ghirlanda; and her husband Donald R. Charles. She is survived by : her daughters, Marie Charles of Palmer Township and Debbie Ackerknecht (Chuck) of Buckeye, AZ; her granddaughters, Alysha Ackerknecht of Portland, OR and Erica Bowers (Josh) of Glendale, AZ; and her great grandchild Jax Bowers.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Tuesday from 9:30-10:30am in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton Street, Wilson Borough, observing social distancing and mask requirements.
