He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Behn and Elsie Behn (LaRendo); his wife Carmella "Carmen" R. Behn (Cuvo); and his siblings, Francis, Stewart, Eugene Behn and Lynn Lillis.

He is survived by: his sons, David Behn (Vicky) of Palmer Township and Kevin Behn (Gwen Lohman) of Saylorsburg; his grandchildren, Courtney Hanisak (Todd), Sara Ferraro (Boomer), Katy Warrelmann (Tim) and Troy Behn (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Cole, Carly, Gavin, Blake, Will, Emma, Nico and Charlotte.
