He was predeceased by: his parents, Dante Spagnoli and Giulia Spagnoli (Sozzi); and his brothers, Alfio Spagnoli, Arnerio Spagnoli, Bruno Spagnoli and Ugo Spagnoli.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Spagnoli (Bernardini); his sons, Stephan Spagnoli, Scott Spagnoli (Pam) of Bath, PA, Stuart Spagnoli of Warwick, NY and Spencer Spagnoli; his grandchildren, Corey, Cole, Courtney, Luke and Reno; and his siblings, Arnelia Iasoni, Artemio Spagnoli (Maria) and Luciano Spagnoli (Cristina).

Rino was a member of the Berceto Foundation in Queens, NY and the Italian Civic Association in Mt. Vernon, NY.
