It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth H. Schaeffer (Palmer Township, Pennsylvania), born in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 106, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Harvey and Annie E. Harvey (Culbert); her husband Charles J. Schaeffer; her daughter Ellen Schaeffer Froysti; her grandson Jason Waida; and her sister-in-law Marie Sproat.
She is survived by: her daughter Lin Weaver (David) of Palmer Township; her grandchildren, Stephen, Danielle (Ryan Trembler), Jesse and Abby (Rachel Weaver); and her great grandchildren, Josef Waida, Emma, Eli, Noah, Lyla Trembler, Harper and Hadley Trembler.
