He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stevens and Ida Stevens (Badway); his wife Barbara Ann Stevens (Ciccone); and his siblings, Louise Joseph, Julia Stevens, Michael Stevens and James Stevens.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph Stevens (Elizabeth) of Palmer Township, Anthony Stevens of Palmer Township and Anne Marie Stevens of Palmer Township; and his grandchildren, Blake, Quinn, Kayla and Shane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
