He was predeceased by : his parents, John P. Gibbons and Lena Gibbons. He is survived by : his wife Denise Gibbons (Baratta); his sons, Josh and Jesse; his siblings, Petch, Kathleen Sherman and Michelle; his niece Maggie Gibbons; his nephews, Jack Gibbons, Marc, Alex, Nicholas and Jayson Sella; and also, Louise Baratta, Pam Baratta, Paula, Jeff Sella, Robert Baratta and Julie Rautio.
