He is survived by: his wife Eileen Thompson (Reiner); his children, Lori Herbold (Eric) of New Tripoli, Brandi Winters (Jason Holden) of Palmerton, Beth Winters (Ryan Fee) of Palmerton, Arthur, IV (Beth) of Drexel Hill and Aaron (Rachel) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Adam, Kyle, Nathan, Mary Claire, Evelyn, Emma and Angelina; his siblings, Carol Thompson (Terri), Leslie Cramer (Carl) of Brodheadsville, Gary Thompson and Leroy DeVore; his siblings-in-law, Rose Thompson of Bangor, Gloria Hawk and David Reiner (Marie) of Danielsville; and his pets, Daisy and Duke.
