Welty of Palmerton, Pennsylvania, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Robert P. Welty; her parents, Floyd N. Nothstein and Verna M. Nothstein (Miller); and her brother Earlyn Nothstein. She is survived by : her close friend Walter Bauer; her daughters, Wendy E. Youells (Robert B.) of Bethlehem and Tammy L. Orendach (Michael Trotta) of Palmerton; and her grandchildren, Courtney, Emily, Sierra and Molly.
