Balch (Deborah) of Lehighton, John "Jay" Balch of Kaukauna, WI and Kathleen "Peggy" Frieble (Robert) of Port St; and her godchildren, Angelina Young and Nicholas Frieble. She is also survived by cousins, colleagues, and countless friends.
