She was predeceased by : her parents, James E. and Conchita Perschy, Sr. (Muniz). She is survived by : her children, Randy F. Gombert of Palmerton and Brandy L. Smale of Palmerton; her close friend Stan R. Buck; her siblings, James E. Perschy, Jr. of Palmerton and Stephanie M. (Don Messinger) of Palmerton; and her grandchildren, Emily, Makayla, Austin and Brody.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation in care of the funeral home.
