He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry O. Ruhl and Henrietta Fissel Ruhl; his wife Kendra J. Ruhl (Shuey); his children, Eric Ruhl and Heidi Arenas; and his grandchildren, Victoria Arenas, Alexandra Arenas, Santiago Arenas, Ella Ruhl, Ada Ruhl and Freeda Ruhl.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg PA 17110.
