She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood D. Ludwick and Patricia A. Ludwick (Hipp). She is survived by: her children, Michael R. Spiece (Stephanie M.) of Dillsburg and Elizabeth M. Gingrich of Hummelstown; her sisters, Wendy L. Herr (Robert) of Drumore and Pamela J. Evans (Jonathan) of Manheim; and her grandson Zachary W. Spiece.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lebanon County Humane Society, 150 North Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA 17067.
