She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Shackelford and Clara Shackelford (Blackmon); and her husband Ben Mitchell Adams. She is survived by: her children, Tammie L. Henry (Douglas) of Middletown, Ben M. Adams, III (Denise) of Lebanon, Kimberly A. Piotti (Joseph) of Moorestown, NJ, John B. Adams (Nikki) of Elizabethtown and Michelle R. Adams of Palmyra. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchild; and 4 siblings.
