He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Mary A. Meyer (Bentzel) and Ruth N. Meyer (Wagner); his children, John D. Meyer, Anna M. Meyer of Palmyra, Esther N. Meyer of Palmyra, Emma R. Meyer Verna (Edward J.) of Lebanon, Mark D. Meyer (Sandra K.) and Paul R. Meyer of Palmyra; his sister Jean Meyer Cartwright (Ronald) of McClellanville; and his nephew Sean (Julie). He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
