He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Helen Bartley; his wife Merry Gene Neely; his sons, Robert Bartley (Charlene) of Parker and Randy Bartley (Linda) of Emlenton; his grandchildren, Shannon Sasala (Kyle), Matthew Bartley (Kelly) and Ryan Bartley; and his great grandchildren, Silas, Clara Sasala, Grady and Hallie Bartley.

In Lieu of Flowers memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Park Hill First Church of God. (Limeplant Road, Parker, PA).
