He was predeceased by : his parent Roland Harp; his daughter-in-law Kim Seamon; his brother Marland Harp; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Harp and Donna Ferris.

He is survived by : his parent Elizabeth Harp; his spouse Mary Lou Sayers; his children, Alan Seamon of Meadville, Dawn Wood of Erie, Stacey Bechtel (David) of Knox and Gary S. Harp (Roxanne) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Hillery Seamon of Erie, Derrick Bechtel of Monroeville, Bradley Harp and Steven Harp of Meadville; his siblings, Beverly Schmader (Jerry) of Lucinda and Ralph Harp (Rick) of Clarion; and his siblings-in-law, Dlana Harp of Marienville, Ruth Cussins (Ron) of Marienville, LaVonne McCoy (Dan) of Foxburg, Linda Downing (Gary) of St Petersburg and Tom Ferris (Mary Ann Schneider).
