He was predeceased by : his parents, John P., Sr. and Eula S. Bowser Milford. He is survived by : his wife Maxine Blymiller; his sons, John Kevin Milford (Marsha), Randy Milford of Parker and Mark Milford (Alison) of Emlenton; his grandchildren, Jonathan Milford (Sarah), Kayla Albert (Tyler), Marqui Bowser (Nathan), Lindsay Sherman (Corey), Marlee Huth (Adam), Emily Conner (Matt), Jackson Shook (Emily) and Kelsey Milford (Devin); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Liam Milford, Harper Albert, Waylon Sherman, Hendrix, Sawyer Huth and Carter Shook. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Parker City VFD, PO Box, Parker, Pa. 16049.
