She is survived by : her children, Richard Smith (Valerie) of Wauwatosa, WI, Kathryn Hagan (John Krisch) of Coatesville, David Smith (Marlene) of Coatesville, Matthew Smith of Coatesville and Christopher Smith (Lisa) of Parkesburg. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
