He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Dougherty and Sarah Syphard Dougherty. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hoffman Dougherty; his sons, Dennis Dougherty Jr. (Kristen) of West Chester, PA and Tim Dougherty (Wendy) of Christiana, PA; his grandchildren, Kelsie Turner (Brent), Kiersten, Katie, Abby and Hadley Levinson; and his brother James D. Dougherty.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parkesburg United Methodist Church (411 Main St, Parkesburg, PA 19365). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkesburg United Methodist Church (PUMC) or Octorara Area Food Cupboard.
