With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick L. Osborn of Parkesburg, Pennsylvania, born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Osborn and Bessie Krixler Osborn; and his brothers, Robert and Richard Osborn. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Schnapp Osborn; his daughters, Susan (Larry Constable) of Parkesburg, Chris Osborn of New Holland, Shelly (Ben Stoltzfus) of Coatesville and Maxine (Doug Kauffman) of Christiana; and his siblings, Betty Benner of Coatesville, Earl G. Osborn of Ephrata, Phyllis Brown of New Jersey and Ronald (Shirley Osborn) of Coatesville.

A public graveside service will take place at the Upper Octorara Cemetery, 1121 Octorara Trail, Parkesburg, PA, on Thursday, January 21st at 2:30 p. m. Those in attendance are asked to please abide by the COVID guidelines.
