He is survived by : his wife Marie Matala Finley; his mother Jean Oster Finley; his son Joshua Swartz (Jennifer); his grandson Lucas; his brothers, Bob (Linda), John (Tina) of Lakeland, FL and Ken; and his brother-in-law Michael (Carolyn Matala). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
