He was predeceased by: his son Charles Suppa; and his brother Samuel Suppa. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Suppa (Knapp); his children, Angelo Suppa, III, Toni Suppa-Bruce (late Skip), Victoria Suppa-Patten (Mark), Tina Suppa and Donna Suppa-Bolton (Grady); his stepchildren, Frank Serrao (Lori), Donna Moroney (John) and Lynn Roseberry; and his siblings, Katherine Moravec, Joseph Suppa, Nick "Tony", Frank, Jim, John, Louise and Justine. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
