Despite having two massive heart attacks in his 40s, multiple COVID hospitalizations at ages 89 and 90, and many health complications in between, Tony persevered through those and other medical challenges through life.

He was tender and loving with her throughout her 20-year battle with Parkinson's.

Tony was a tough, no-nonsense dad who softened as he grew old.
