He was predeceased by: his son-in-law James "Pie" Pizzuto; and his parents, Charles Proviano and Theresa Proviano. He is survived by: his brothers, Carmen Proviano (Maryann) and Ruffo Proviano (Bonnie). He is also survived by three daughters who loved and cared for him so very much: Donna (Mark) Cozad, Kathy Pizzuto, Sue (Joe) Peterman, and his grandchildren.
