With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara F. Getz of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 20, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Harry W. Getz, Jr.; her children, Lou Ann Gallagher (Dan) and Harry "Bill" W. Getz III (Helen); her grandchildren, Matthew Gallagher (Lynne), Sean Gallagher (Lauren), Benjamin Gallagher (Ashley), Lindsay Fiore (Rick), Ryan Gallagher (Tiffany), Caitlyn Bailey (Joe), Kristin Kukalis (Patrick) and Nathan Getz; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Olivia, Luke, Joshua, Brody, Jake, Logan, Brenna, Joey, Emmy, Avery, Eliza and CeCe; and her sibling Jackie Carver-McCoy. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Unity Community Church (215 Unity Trestle Rd, Plum, PA 15239).
