She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Sulka; and also Gary Clements. She is survived by: her stepchildren, John Sulka (Marilyn), Frances Klink (Frank), Andrew Sulka (Colleen), Luann Sulka and Timothy Sulka; her sister-in-law Barbara Clements; her sibling's children, Melanie Clements, Gary Clements and Jason Clements; and also Ralph Duane Clements (Ruth).
