She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Nichols; and her brother Bernard. She is survived by: her children, William (Gail), Marie, Paul (Lenka), Michael (Ann) and Mark Nichols (Jamie); her grandchildren, Ben, Sarah, Sam, Julianna, Emily, Tessa, Tomas, Anna, Michael, Amanda, Katie and Matthew; and her siblings, Francis Szatkowski (Dolores), Joseph Szatkowski (Eleanor) and Mary Szatkowski.
