He is survived by: his spouse Maria Carmen Nowicki (Contreras); and his siblings, Paul Staudenmaier, Uncle Swede of Andrea Contreras, Scott Contreras (Hanna), Shawn Contreras and Jason Contreras (Stephanie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
