He is survived by: his son Cameron; his parents, Ron Patton and Nancy Patton; his brother Justin Patton (Chelsea); his significant other Leah Palko; his grandparents, Hugh, Patricia Patton, Howard and Diane Erdley; and his stepchild Cali Ringle. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for Cameron's education.
