Cavanaugh and Margaret Cavanaugh (Chisholm); his child Alaina Simeone (Michael); his grandson Anthony Simeone; his siblings, Holly Cavanaugh, Rita Ann Hirsch (Paul), Ray Cavanaugh and Matthew Cavanaugh; and his siblings' children, Gabby, Jordan, Miranda, Bella, Aubrey, Ali, Mila, Annie and Danielle. He was also cherished by 4 great-nephews and 1 great-niece.
