He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Lake and Mary Ann Lake (Zamborsky); and his brother James Yuhanjak. He is survived by: his children, Leah C. Lake, Ryan Padrick and Amanda Padrick; his siblings, Susan Yuhanjak, Sandra Pajewski, Annabelle McLaughlin and Shawn McLaughlin; and his pet Christopher.
