He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jane B. Wise; his children, Sharon K. Swank (Richard), Sandra L. Wise, David W. Wise and Donald E. Wise, Jr. (Kathy); his sister Marian V. Greenaway; and his granddaughters, Kristina K. Mullen and Lisa C. Hughes (Craig). He was also cherished by 2 great-grandchildren.
