He is survived by: his spouse Michele Hoskinson (Henline); his children, Jackie Barber (Steven) of Alpena, Michigan, Eddie Hoskinson, Jr. (Melissa) of Alpena, Michigan, Becky Massey (Jay) of Mansfield, Ohio, Audra Skovranek of Cleveland, Ohio and Nick Hoskinson of Upper Sandusky; and his siblings, John Patton and Susan Patton.
