He was predeceased by: his parents, William K. Carr and Magdaline Carr (Petrliak); his daughter Julie Anne Carr; and his godmother Amelia Petrilak. He is survived by: his wife Theresa M. Carr (Witzel); and his nephew Gabriel "Gabe" Miller. He is also survived by wife and close traveling friends.
