He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Catherine Melton of Portland, Ore., Virginia Dougherty of Penn Hills, Patricia Dowling of San Francisco, William of Alexandria and Robert of Tomball, Texas.; and his parents, Dr. Harold Bader Dowling and Leota Dowling of Virginia.
