He is survived by: his spouse Mary Price (Azzinnaro); his children, Valerie O'Brien (Charles), Frank Price and Elizabeth Jay (Carl); his grandchildren, Amanda Jack (David), Lindley Conrad, Margo Price and Sonya Price; and his great grandchild Aiden O'Donnell.
