He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Ingelido, John "Jack" Monroe and Carol Monroe (Landman). He is survived by: his parents, Gary "Styx" Ingelido and Margaret "Peggy" Ingelido; his brothers, Jason Ingelido of Penn Hills and Michael Monroe (Bethany) of Tarentum; his siblings' children, Jaxon, Aiden Monroe and Jordyn Ingelido; and his grandmother Elsie Ingelido (Bushak) of Rankin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous or to Jacob's family as they will determine a non-profit that can help people who are in recovery.
