She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Rourke and Margaretta "Nan" O'Rourke. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Chiusano; her children, Jill Jones (Shawn) of Kennedy Twp and Todd Chiusano (Carrie) of Plum Borough; her grandchildren, Tony Serrao, Spencer Jones, Haley Chiusano and Mike Dincau; and her siblings, Audrey Pritchard (late Donald "Herk") and John "Jack" O'Rourke (Shirlene). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
