He is survived by: his parent Marie Colette Wisnoski (Petersheim); his spouse Elinor Wisnoski; his children, Marie Berg (Tom), Joyce O'Neill (Jeff), David Wisnoski (Iris) and John Wisnoski (Paige); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Sean, Theresa, Gwen and Claire; and his sibling David Wisnoski.
In lieu of flowers, the family would a memorial donation in Jack's name to be made to the Eye and Ear Foundation 203 Lothrop Street Ste. 251 Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
