We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2020, at the age of 84, John Hess of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, born in Fairmont, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Hess to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Hess, Sr. and Ruth Ann Hess (Collins); and his wife Joan Margaret Hess (Kirmeyer). He is survived by: his children, Kristen Peters of North Huntingdon, PA, Stephen Hess (Mary), Penny Carey (Jim) and Kevin Hess (Beth); his grandchildren, Nicole Dodrill (Bill), Corinne Baker (Caleb), Kyle Hess (Anna), Jamie Carey, Ian Hess, Jenna Carey, Colby Hess, Reed Hess and Cooper Hess; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Fisher, Lucas Fisher, Sierra Vinsek, Samantha Vinsek and Laney Baker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, or to the Humane Animal Rescue, Hamilton Ave., Pittsburgh, in honor of his beloved dogs, Shadow and Danny.
