She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Anthony (Hughes) and Merle D. Anthony. She is survived by: her husband William Houtz, Sr.; her children, William Houtz, Jr. of Penn Hills and Ashlee Palmer (Richard Hurley) of Plum; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Dominic, Madison, Mason and Jaxon; and her siblings, Lucille Jones (Ralph) of Leechburg and Donald Anthony (Charlotte) of Sarver. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
