He was predeceased by: his sibling Suzanna Kaczynski. He is survived by: his spouse Grace; his children, Judith Eiben (Richard), Michael Hollis (Marlene), Mark Hollis (Karen), Diane Santo (John), Linda Eicheldinger (Steve), Nancy Smathers (Jim) and Daniel Hollis (Annette); and his siblings, Helen Donaldson, Patricia King (Dennis) and Grace Sunseri (Dan). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one late grandchild.
