He was predeceased by: his grandchild Dylan Anthony; and his siblings, Harry, John, Rita and Rachel.
He is survived by: his spouse Angie Anthony; his children, Deborah Perri (Bob), Darlene Verrico (Joseph) and Ralph W. Anthony, Jr. (Kathy); his grandchildren, Angela Blasko (Michael), Robert Perri (Chelsea), Joseph Verrico (Rachel), Alexa Shook (Nick), Nico Verrico (Krista), Marc and Faith; and his great grandchildren, Noella Verrico and Layla Shook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
