He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Lowe (Wilson); his son Robert J. Lowe; and his sisters, Dorothy Woffenden and Betty Kennedy. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Tapper (Barry), Jeannie DePietro (Dominic), Carrie Lowe (Sean), Robin Traficante (Michael) and Michael Lowe (Connie); and his siblings, James M. Lowe, Jr. and Barbara Gelpi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
