He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cotyk and Ella Cotyk (Cole). He is survived by: his wife Hazel M. Cotyk (Hess); his children, Ronald J. Cotyk, Jr. (Beth) and Suella M. Himes; his grandchildren, Jasmine Patton (Andrew), Sierra Dawson (Matthew), Miles Himes and Remington Himes; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Addison, Parker, Presley, Oakley Patton, Celine and Ethan Dawson.
