She is survived by: her spouse Robert Kopchak; her children, Joseph Kopchak (Traci) of Leechburg, Michael Kopchak (Deborah) of North Versailles and Kenneth Kopchak (Mary) of North Versailles; her grandchildren, Matthew Kopchak (Jocelyn), Michael Kopchak (Lisa), Luke Kopchak, Christopher Kopchak and Jeremy Kopchak; her great grandchild Emily Zeigler; her sibling James Korotko (Sue) of Penn Hills; and also Eileen Majersky (Rich). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
